TV TS#16

Today was my "last" day tutoring Nayun. She is amazing. It was such as interesting session because I had prepared a lesson about long and short vowel sounds. When we began, she stopped me early and pulled out a giant workbook. It was so serendipitous because Dylan and I were at Costco on Tuesday and saw the same workbook. We contemplated buying it for her, but due to the fact that we were almost done tutoring her we decided against it. Anyway, this lesson was very productive because she loved working in the workbook even if it was regular work I would normally do with her. Anyway, I think that in the future, I will just buy a workbook for my tutees to do and we can work through it together, supplementing it with things I put together myself. I plan to continue tutoring Nayun after this class because I've formed such a bond with her and I think it will be nice to watch her progress in school.
