Marco TS#7
David likes to take things into his own hands. He stopped reading The Giver without me telling him to stop and he didn't do his homework. I'm slowly learning that he may have a learning problem. Since we didn't have The Giver to study today because he left it at home, I decided to try something more advanced. We read the first two stanzas of Edgar Allan Poe's "The Raven". Within the first line there were 3 words he didn't know. So this was an exercise to get him to look up the definitions of words every time he saw one he didn't understand and not just to fill a minimum requirement.
