Today I separated the time into

• 1)      Free Talk
• 2)      Idiom review
• 3)      Role-playing

In our free talk, I asked Do-jun if he had anything planned for the weekend. He explained that he did, but that his vacation was cancelled. He also explained Korean Independence Day and the economic conditions in South Korea. One of the things we did in our role-play was calming down an extremely angry person. We practiced using phrases like this:

(He also asked for other ways you could calm people down, so I gave him a few different options)

When we went over our idioms Do-jun remembered how to use most of them, but had difficulty with a few, so I reminded him by giving hints. I feel like he’s becoming more comfortable using them.
