Boram and I discussed the beautiful mistakes from the last lesson then started our conversation. We talked about her friends and her perception of American culture. She thinks it’s strange that Americans always seem to call the cops for everything. She told me a story about her friends in America and how they called the cops because their neighbors were being too loud. Then we talked about the issue of power in the United States, and how people aren’t trusting authority. We finished the lesson by reviewing the beautiful mistakes.
