On July 17, I met with Luiz Fernando via skype for our next
tutoring session. Today, I focused on speaking, so he could practice his
fluency. We discussed simple things such as weather, hobbies, future plans,
etc. He answered my questions and was able to ask me questions in return. I
noted some of his common mistakes and we talked about it afterwards. Next, I
introduced him to some new vocabulary that had to do with giving directions. To
practice, I sent him an illustrated map, and asked him to direct me from point
A to point B.
