Kamesh CP #5
Me and Marco met once again to have a meal and converse with each other. I asked what the Panamanian cities were like, if they were rich or struck with poverty. Marco said that although many people see central and south American countries as somewhat poverty stricken, he compared some cities in Panama to the cities in south Florida. He also stated how many people speak English in Panama. Often times, tourists and visitors are intimidated by other native languages when visiting. But many people speak English in Panama according to Marco, which made sense as to why his English accent was so good. He also talked about certain dishes that are considered delicacies in Panama, such as seafood and fried plantains. I sympathized with Marco, as I have loved fried plantains from the first time I tried them.
