I Skyped and tutored Dojun yet again on the morning of August 10th. I remembered that Dojun had a harder time with the listening comprehension exercises than he did with the reading comprehension, so I decided to stick with the listening exercises that we did before. We did exercises with different situations than we went over the last time. We started with a listening situation dealing with two friends and a poker game. Dojun had a hard time with the improper speech and some of the vocabulary, that we promptly went over afterwards. We did one more listening exercise dealing with someone applying for a job. This time, I had Dojun read along with the script as he listened to the dialogue. I felt like his listening comprehension was much better when he read the script, as he didn't need to listen to the dialogue as many times as he previously did.
