TV TS#9

Tutoring Nayun was a lot easier today because I was prepared to start with a "game." I arrived a bit early to the library and was able to draw some pictures Nayun would be interested in (Olaf). She came up to me and immediately wanted to know what I was drawing.

I showed her Olaf and she was very impressed and interested. At this point, she said "game!" Good thing I was prepared. I told Nayun I wanted to play the same game we played last time and she wasn't too interested, but finally I was able to get her to write some sentences by modeling. This time she also remembered the article "the" in front of her sentences.

Additionally, toward the end of the session she showed me her math worksheets that she had been doing. She told me this was her favorite subject and we will work on math next time!
